1. Introduction & Nature of Services

Please note that all deliverables, accounts, software builds, and licenses are delivered electronically via digital channels; no physical goods or parcel shipments are involved.

3. Electronic Delivery Process & Methods

Delivery of our digital services is conducted through the following secure channels:

  • Direct Email Delivery: For SaaS activations, invoice receipts, and software license keys, an official confirmation email containing full onboarding instructions is dispatched to the customer's registered email address immediately following payment confirmation.
  • Cloud Staging & Testing Links: For custom web and mobile development, intermediate milestone releases are hosted on private staging environments or distributed via Apple TestFlight / Android Internal Testing tracks for client review.
  • Production Deployment & Repository Handover: Final production builds are deployed to the client's designated cloud server (e.g. AWS, DigitalOcean, Google Cloud) or handed over via secure version control repositories (e.g., GitHub, GitLab) upon receipt of final milestone payments.

4. Confirmation of Delivery & Acceptance

A service or milestone deliverable is deemed successfully delivered when:

  • For SaaS accounts: Login credentials have been transmitted to the client's email address and the client has accessed the dashboard.
  • For bespoke software milestones: The test build or demo is made available for User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The client has a standard review period of 7 business days to provide feedback or approve the milestone.

5. Potential Delays & Mitigation

While Syncoders AI Sdn Bhd makes every reasonable effort to meet or exceed agreed delivery deadlines, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Pending provision of necessary project inputs, brand assets, or third-party API keys by the client.
  • Third-party platform approval delays (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store app review cycles).
  • Unscheduled third-party cloud infrastructure or payment network downtime.

In such events, our project management team will proactively notify you via email or phone within 24 hours with an updated delivery schedule.
